Storing your fresh garlic

Store in mesh bags, brown paper bags, ceramic or terracotta pots or woven baskets. The location should be dry, out of direct sunlight and good air circulation. The temperature should be between 55 - 65 degrees Fahrenheit
in 45 - 55 degrees humidity. Do not keep in the refrigerator.

Unpeeled cloves will keep up to 3 weeks on the counter.

Peeled cloves will keep up to 1 week in an airtight container in refrigerator.


Chopped cloves will keep up 1 - 2 days in the refrigerator.
